2 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
1 hard-boiled egg, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon bacon bits
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
1 tomato, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons light ranch dressing
Arrange lettuce on two plates. Evenly divide chicken, egg, bacon, avocado, and tomato in rows on top of lettuce. Sprinkle blue cheese over top.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
