Almond Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 frozen or fresh banana
2 tbsp almond butter
1 cup almond milk
A few ice cubes
1 scoop of protein powder

Directions:

Throw everything together in a blender and you’ll have breakfast in seconds.

You can also make this smoothie the night before which means your morning breakfast prep time is merely the time it takes you to open the refrigerator door!
