Avocado & Hummus Pita Pocket

Ingredients:

1/2 avocado
1/4 cup hummus
1 whole wheat pita pocket

Directions:

Spread 1/4 cup of hummus on the top and bottom of a pita pocket.

Slice up half of an avocado (or “smash” it to make it easier to spread…my slices never look very nice anyway) and stuff the avocado inside the pita pocket.

If you have the time, tomato slices are a great addition!
