Oatmeal For Champs

SERVINGS: 1

Ingredients:

1/2 c oatmeal
1 c water
1/2 c fresh blueberries or 1/2 c dried blueberries
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 T chopped walnuts
1 T vanilla flavoring
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T light agave syrup or 3 packets truvia
Dash of salt 

DIRECTIONS:

Bring water & salt to boil

In a seperate pan, scramble egg whites and whole egg together OR place eggs in a microwave safe dish, cover and cook for 3 minutes. 

Add oats to boiling water. Reduce heat to medium, add vanilla, cinnamon, blueberries, walnuts

Add cooked eggs and sweetener. 

If you are feeling naughty, try adding a few sprays of "I can't believe it's not butter" before eating. :)
