PB & J Protein Shake

Ingredients:

2 scoops low carb vanilla protein (whey or vegan)
1/2 cup coconut, almond or 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt ( 0% fat Greek yogurt works well too
1 1/2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup frozen blueberries
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon agave or honey
1/2-3/4 cup cold water

Directions:

Place the milk, yogurt, peanut butter, blueberries, ice cubes, and agave in a blender, and blend until well combined. You may need to turn the blender off a few times to scrape down the sides of the blender and stir up the ingredients a bit. Add protein powder. Blend well. Add cold water until reach desired consistency.
