Quick & Easy Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients: 

3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 small handful spinach leaves
2 T drained and rinsed black beans
1/5 avocado; diced
2 T salsa to taste
1 whole wheat tortilla ( Heat over the stove to slightly brown & warm.) 

Directions:

In a pan spritzed with cooking spray over medium-high heat, scramble 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg, a small handful of spinach leaves, and drained and rinsed black beans and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap mixture in an 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla and top with salsa.
