2 scoops vanilla low carb protein powder
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup 100% pure mango juice, tropical juice, or orange juice
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup low-fat greek vanilla yogurt
Place the mango, juice, milk and yogurt in a blender, and blend until well combined.
Add protein and water; blend well.
