First we are going to do. “Standing Crunches With Weightt” hold weight overhead, alternate knee lift, squeeze those abs.

10 REPS
Next we will be doing “Squat Rotation” squat down and twist at the top with knee up.

Next we will be doing “Overhead Circles” 10 circles to the left, 10 circles to the right, small movements, squeeze core throughout, make sure to keep your body still.

10 REPS
Next we will be doing “Laying Leg/Arm Lifts” Plant one foot onto ground, if you’re more advanced come all the way up, beginners: lift your shoulders up and go as far as you can go.

10 REPS
Next we will be doing “Mountain Climbers” If you are advanced you can pick up the pace.

10 REPS
Lastly we will be doing “Side Plank” push yourself here finish strong.
