10 REPS
The first exercise we shall do is a "Swiss Ball Rollout." You need to be on your knees. You can use either a mat or towel for cushion. The closer your hands are to the bottom of the Swiss Ball the harder it is. Clasp your hands and roll out onto your forearms. Go all the way out and then back in. You want to make sure you are pulling your abs in.

10 REPS
The next thing we are going to do is "Side to Side Heel Touch.” Move down on to your back. Go half way down and reach towards your heels. 

10 REPS
The next things we are going to do is the "Swiss Ball Tuck."  Grab your Swiss Ball, and get into a plank position with your shins on the Swiss Ball. You want to tuck it in almost like you’re doing a crunch.
