Let's get started with the “Medicine Ball Squeeze.” You’re going to squeeze the ball and then lift it above your head.

Next we shall be doing “The Medicine Ball Exchange.” You are simply going to do a bicep curl with the medicine ball in your hand and then pass it over. Do the same thing on the other side.

Then we go to “Triceps Extension.” With the medicine ball in hand raise your arms above your head and then lower your arms backwards and then back up.

Its time for “Ab Crunch.” Place the ball between your knees and lift up and in with your legs while moving your body forward. It is basically the same thing as a crunch but just sitting in your chair.
